Ram Charan’s Game Changer Review:
Ram Charan and Kiara Advani’s much-awaited movie Game Changer is set for a grand release during the Pongal festival on January 10. Directed by S Shankar, the film has created immense buzz, and fans eagerly await its theatrical debut. At a pre-release event in Dallas, director Sukumar (Pushpa 2) shared his first impressions of the movie, leaving fans even more excited.
Sukumar revealed that he watched the movie alongside Chiranjeevi and was thoroughly impressed. He praised the first half and interval as “mind-blowing,” while the flashback episode in the second half left him awestruck. Comparing it to Shankar’s iconic movies Indian and Gentleman, he called it “phenomenal.”
“First half, awesome. Interval, blockbuster. Second half, the flashback episode gave me goosebumps. I enjoyed it as much as Shankar’s Indian and Gentleman,” Sukumar shared.
Sukumar also reflected on Ram Charan’s performance. He expressed hope that Charan might finally win the National Award, a recognition he felt the actor deserved for Rangasthalam. Sukumar recalled how Charan’s emotional portrayal in the climax of Rangasthalam impressed him deeply. He now feels Game Changer could be the movie to fulfill that dream.
“I was confident Charan would win a National Award for Rangasthalam, and so were others. Watching him in the climax of this film gave me the same feeling again,” he added.
In Game Changer, Ram Charan plays an IAS officer who takes on a corrupt political system. SJ Suryah plays a key role, adding further intrigue to the story.
With Sukumar’s glowing review, anticipation for Game Changer has reached new heights. The film promises to deliver a mix of powerful storytelling and stellar performances, making it one of the most awaited releases of 2024.
