Prabhas, known for his powerful performances and charming looks on screen is often asked about his personal life, particularly his marriage plans. But did you know that SS Rajamouli once explained why Prabhas is not getting married?
What did SS Rajamouli say?
In 2018, SS Rajamouli when asked about Prabhas’ marriage plans mentioned that the actor is too lazy and not interested in getting married because it involves a lot of effort. During the promotion of the movie Saaho in 2019 Prabhas addressed Rajamouli’s statement in an interview with his co-star Shraddha Kapoor.
Prabhas admitted, “I am lazy and shy and find it hard to socialize. Sometimes, I even question why I’m in this field.”
He also confessed that he is shy in real life but not in front of the camera. He explained, “On set when I see many people I get a little nervous or if they take too many takes then I might get a little anxious but otherwise, no.”
Meanwhile, the director made this comment during a talk show hosted by Karan Johar in 2018, where both Prabhas and Rana Daggubati were present. Rajamouli stated, “Prabhas is a very lazy person, and he is too lazy to get married. Finding a girl and talking to her parents would be too much work for him. That’s why he isn’t getting married.”
