Prominent YSRCP leaders shift loyalties to Janasena party
The Janasena Party, led by Pawan Kalyan, is experiencing a significant boost as several key leaders from other political parties are joining its ranks. This shift comes after the party’s successful collaboration with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the recent elections, where Janasena won all the seats it contested. Following this success, the party now holds important positions in the government, including the Deputy Chief Minister role.
Leaders such as Balineni Srinivas Reddy and Samineni Udayabhanu, previously affiliated with the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), have already expressed their intention to join Janasena. The party is also seeing interest from other leaders, including former Dharmavaram MLA Ketireddy Venkatrami Reddy, former Ponnur MLA Kilari Venkata Rosaiah, and former Darshi MLA Maddisetty Venugopal. This migration of leaders suggests a growing strength within the Janasena Party.
Despite its growing political presence, the Janasena Party has struggled at the grassroots level since its establishment. However, with the influx of experienced leaders, the party is positioning itself for future political challenges. The leadership is developing strategies to strengthen its influence and prepare for any upcoming political changes.

These developments also indicate a setback for the YSRCP, as many of its notable leaders are switching allegiance. Political analysts view this as a major turning point for both parties. With the Dussehra festival approaching more leaders are expected to join the Janasena Party.
