Prashanth Neel, director of the upcoming movie Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire starring Prabhas, shared insights in an interview regarding the film and addressed Prabhas’ recent movies that didn’t perform well at the box office.
Following the disappointment of Adipurush, Prabhas is preparing for his next major venture, Salaar Part 1 – Ceasefire, set to release alongside Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki. Prasanth Neel, in a recent interview, discussed the upcoming action-packed movie and Prabhas’ recent box office setbacks.
Neel expressed his perspective on Salaar’s potential success compared to his previous hit, KGF: Chapter 1. He highlighted the organic development of successful films, stating that creating a pan-India movie cannot be planned but rather happens naturally. He emphasized that genuine success doesn’t come from orchestrating specific elements but rather from organic creation.
Regarding Prabhas’ recent unsuccessful films, including Adipurush, Neel acknowledged the actor’s stardom post-Baahubali, stating that stars like Prabhas or Shah Rukh Khan can have failures but eventually make a comeback with a hit, as demonstrated by Shah Rukh Khan recently.
Salaar, directed by Prashant Neel, features actors like Shruti Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Jagapati Babu alongside Prabhas. The movie is set for a global release on December 22 in multiple languages.
