The poster of Thagithey Thandana by director Srinath was released recently. The director specifies that it is not about having fun when one is drunk. He says, “There are three youth, Arun Adith, Saptagiri and Madhu Nandan who after drinking get a kick and do something wrong ne night. They fall into jeopardy because they decide to do something funky. Our message is that if you get drunk, you will invariably fall into a mess. Arun Adith and Saptagiri play lead roles and wherever they go, they take Madhu Nandan along. Simran Gupta is the heroine.”
The film has been shot in 35 days in Hyderabad. The director hails from Mancherial and comes from a writing background and he had earlier written for Juliet Lover Of Idiot (Naveen Chandra and Nivetha Thomas) and Istam Ga (Arjun Mahi). This is Srinath’s first film as a director and he says the cinematography and RR will be a highlight.
Music is by Sravan Bharadwaj who earlier worked in Kalki and Malli Rava and Bal Reddy of Laxmi Rave Ma Intiki handles the camera. The shooting and post production is done and the rest of the cast are Bahubali Prabhakar, Satyam Rajesh, Ravi Verma. This is basically a comedy thriller.
