Pooja Hegde takes shocking career decision

Pooja Hegde has been away from Telugu cinema for nearly three years. She was last seen in Radhe Shyam alongside Prabhas. After that, she made a special appearance in F3 starring Venkatesh and Varun Tej. Her last Bollywood film was Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan with Salman Khan, followed by Deva, where she acted opposite Shahid Kapoor.

Despite working on multiple films, Pooja Hegde has been struggling to deliver a hit recently. She started her film journey with the Tamil movie Mugamoodi in 2012, which was later dubbed into Telugu as Mask. However, the film did not perform well, and she shifted to Telugu cinema. In 2014, she made her Telugu debut with Oka Laila Kosam alongside Naga Chaitanya. Later, she starred in the Hindi film Mohenjo Daro with Hrithik Roshan.

Over the years, Pooja Hegde acted alongside top Telugu stars like Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, and Allu Arjun. However, her recent films, including Radhe Shyam, Cirkus with Ranveer Singh, and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, failed at the box office. Additionally, she was dropped from Ustaad Bhagat Singh with Pawan Kalyan and Guntur Kaaram with Mahesh Babu.

After a series of setbacks, Pooja Hegde is reportedly set to enter the digital space. According to industry sources, she is in talks for a web series directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, known for Demonte Colony and Cobra. While official confirmation is awaited, this move could mark a new phase in her career.
