Pooja Bhatt, the Bollywood actress and daughter of renowned filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, recently addressed a controversial magazine cover shoot from 1990. In an interview, Pooja described the captured moment as “absolutely innocent” and discussed the various interpretations it had received.
When asked if she had any regrets about the magazine shoot with her father that gained immense attention, Pooja shared a straightforward perspective. She said, “No, because I see it very simply. Unfortunately, what happens is, a frozen moment can be represented and misrepresented in any way.”
Pooja also touched on the precious father-daughter bond, recalling how Shah Rukh Khan had once told her that children often seek kisses from their parents, emphasising the enduring nature of their relationship. She acknowledged that people would perceive the magazine cover differently but chose not to defend it.
