Sometimes, a few scripts get rejected by a hero and eventually fall in the lap of another hero. In a few instances, those films also go on to become blockbusters at the box office. If the latest grapevine is anything to go by, Pawan Kalyan will be doing a script rejected by Mahesh Babu. It is already known that dashing director Puri Jagannath announced a movie called Jana Gana Mana a few years back with Mahesh Babu as the lead. Due to some circumstances, this film failed to go on the floors and Mahesh now has no plans of shooting it. 
But Puri didn’t give up on the project. Apparently, he is now planning to make this film with Pawan Kalyan. The initial talks are going on and an official announcement will be made once Pawan signs the project. Pawan Kalyan wants to release this by the time the next elections get announced in Andhra Pradesh. Since it is a political drama, it will help Pawan to gain mileage. Pawan and Puri have earlier worked for the films Badri and Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu. We have to see if this project rejected by Mahesh turns out to be a golden goose for Pawan.
