Not only RRR but the Indian flag is shining bright as the Indian film The Elephant Whispers wins the best documentary award at the oscar awards in 2023 and has made the entire country proud.
Kartiki Gonsalves and producer Guneet Monga’s The Elephant Whisperers made it big at the 75th Academy Awards. The film is India’s first win at the Oscars this year, with RRR’s Naatu Naatu also winning the Best Original Song category.
This is a special award for Indian makers who dream big but do not have much support. Guneer Monga said “Tonight is historic as this is the first ever Oscar for an Indian production.
