Though there has been an announcement that post the lockdown being lifted, the under production films and post production films can continue with their work, there is a lot that is unsaid. On June 8th when malls, restaurants and other eateries will be opened, the government is going to gauge the situation. If the cases spike in an acute manner this monsoon, the talk is that another lockdown could be imposed. If not permissions for the above said projects in the film industry would be given in a phased manner. Over all the information is none of the shoots will get permission and the stars too are not showing any enthusiasm to report to work in this risky condition.
This scenario is likely to continue till October though they say it is August. Just as the lockdown has been extended every fifteen days, this too will be subject to the same. The government will be keen to see how the children and students will react to the opening of schools and colleges. Entertainment industry is the worst hit but at this point of time it gets the least importance.
