Opinion: Since viewership for OTT is growing, every other production house wants adult content to do business. The buzz is Geeta Arts is also leaning towards adult content to target the youth (one of the story reportedly is on adult toys) and the latest is Crrush by Ravi Babu. What is surprising is Manjula is associated with this project.

Business for such content is happening briskly and it is not surprising to note that the director whose films have been a disaster of late and has lost his mojo has chosen a suggestive topic.
Meanwhile the tentative news is that theatres are set to open in October and shootings will begin from this 15th June. Sharwanand’s Sreekaram is ready for shoot and so is Love Story but Akhil’s film will begin only on August 15. Venkatesh is not likely to begin work (Narappa) for the next two months.
