Produced by Dil Raju under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, Game Changer is one of the costliest films in Tollywood history. Reports suggest the movie’s budget ranges between ₹450-₹500 crores, with ₹75 crores alone spent on five songs. The star-studded cast includes Kiara Advani, Anjali, SJ Surya and Srikanth, with Thaman composing the music.
Ram Charan reportedly reduced his fee for Game Changer due to the massive production budget. For RRR, he charged around ₹75-80 crores, but for this film, he accepted ₹65 crores.

Despite this reduction, his pay remains higher than that of Jr NTR who is said to have received ₹60 crores for his upcoming movie Devara.
