Netizens Mock Telangana Govt. Ads For Its Blatant Mistake 

Telangana government has launched new schemes – Kanti Velugu and Rythu Bima, on Independence Day. The state government splurged big on the advertisement across various media, however, the advertisements now left red-faced for its blatant error that has been caught by netizens. The ad shows “family” where a woman and the child are the same but the husbands are different in the ad.

Netizens took to social media to question and also mock the state government.  “See this. May be the add designer needs #KantiVelugu (eye care) ,” (sic) pointed out one Twitter user, Sree Reddy.

“Chief Minister KCR came up with an ad campaign #RythuBima and #KantiVelugu. The wife and child are same but the ‘husband’ different! What is this saar? #Idemlekka kaka@TelanganaCMO #Telangana #Hyderabad” (sic), tweeted Adithya M Reddy, son of Congress leader Marri Shashidar Reddy.

“These are the pictures used for the publicity of the #RythuBhima and #KantiVelugu schemes. If you observe the pics the same lady and same kid but the man is different this is insulting women of TS. @RaoKavitha should respond on why such pics are used. @KTRTRS also used the same,” wrote Telangana BJP IT and Social Media Convenor Venkataramana.
