The untimely demise of Kannada actor Chiranjeevi Sarja has sent shock-waves to the film fraternity. The actor died after he suffered heat attack and breathed his last at Sagar hospital in Jayanagar on Sunday. The deceased aged 39 at the time of his death. While celebrities expressed condolences the bereaved family, noted novelist Shobhaa De made a gaffe by posting Chiranjeevi’s picture instead of Kannada star.
Sharing the post she wrote, ‘One more shining star…gone! Just like that… what a tragic loss! Condolences to the bereaved family members.’ Shobhaa De deleted the Tweet after being trolled for this major blunder. Media and PRs down South also slammed Shobhaa De for this goof up. One of the Tweets read, “A simple Google search goes a long way in covering your stupidity.”
