Raj Tarun, known for his role in Uyyala Jampala, is making a comeback with a new movie titled Thiragabadara Saami, directed by AS Ravi Kumar. AS Ravi Kumar has previously directed films featuring Balakrishna, Gopichand, and Sai Tej.
During the movie’s launch event, director AS Ravi Kumar publicly kissed the film’s heroine, Mannara Chopra, on the cheeks, which made her visibly uncomfortable.
While she didn’t vocalise her discomfort then, the actress appeared astonished by the unexpected gesture. The director also held her tightly, causing further discomfort and negative reactions.
This incident has led to criticism on social media, with many people expressing their disapproval of the director’s behaviour towards the actress. Despite the fact that the actress didn’t openly object to his actions, her discomfort was evident as she stepped back with a forced smile and thanked the director.
Netizens have called out the director’s behaviour and are urging him to apologise to the heroine. As of now, the director has not responded to the comments addressing his actions.
