Rajinikanth’s latest film, Jailer, is making waves at the box office. The audience loves Rajinikanth’s acting, Vinayakan’s antagonist role, and Anirudh Ravichander’s music. The film also features Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar in special appearances, adding to its appeal.
Interestingly, Nandamuri Balakrishna was approached for a cameo, but it didn’t work out. Nelson Dilipkumar, the director, discussed the cameos in a recent interview.
He mentioned that they had plans for a cameo by Balakrishna as a powerful cop, but they couldn’t develop the role properly, so they decided not to go ahead with it. The film showcases Rajinikanth as Muthuvel Pandian, a Jailer, in a dark comedy thriller.
Shiva Rajkumar’s character, Narasimha, also adds intensity to the story. Alongside these actors, Jailer features Jackie Shroff, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Sunil, Mirnaa Menon, Vasanth Ravi, Yogi Babu, Naga Babu, and Kishore.
