Nayanthara & Trisha’s Catfight
Nayanthara and Trisha Krishnan are two of the most prominent stars in the film industry, known for their talent and success. A few years ago, they made headlines due to a reported personal conflict. In 2008, rumors suggested that their disagreement began over the Tamil film Kuruvi. Both actresses were considered for the lead role which eventually went to Trisha. While many believed their issues were professional Trisha later revealed in an interview that the conflict was personal and involved mutual friends.
Nayanthara & Trisha’s Catfight:- The reported rift between Trisha and Nayanthara was a hot topic at the time. Trisha decided to address these rumors in an interview in the past. She clarified that although there was a falling out, it was not due to professional reasons. “Nayan has been in this industry for donkey’s years, more than a decade to be precise. I think most of the issues Nayan and I had were media-created. Yes, we had a little fallout, but it was personal and due to some mutual friends we had. We didn’t talk for a while but we never fought,” she said.

Nayanthara also spoke about their misunderstanding, noting that they didn’t communicate for a long time. She appreciated Trisha for making the first move to resolve their differences. “When she took the effort to come talk to me, what more is needed? I have to give it to her and I appreciate her for initiating the conversation,” Nayanthara shared.
Nayanthara’s Upcoming Movies
Nayanthara has several exciting projects lined up. She will star in The Test alongside actors like Siddharth, R. Madhavan, and Meera Jasmine. Written and directed by S. Sashikanth, the film tells the story of three individuals whose lives intersect during an iconic test match. The shooting of *The Test* has been completed, and it is expected to hit theaters soon.
Additionally, Nayanthara will appear in a Malayalam film titled Dear Students opposite Nivin Pauly. This movie marks the reunion of Nayanthara and Nivin Pauly after their previous collaboration in Love Action Drama.
Trisha’s Upcoming Movies
Trisha Krishnan, who was last seen in Leo with Thalapathy Vijay, has several upcoming projects. She will star with Chiranjeevi in the much-anticipated movie Vishwambhara. This Telugu socio-fantasy film is written and directed by Mallidi Vassishta and features actors like Surbhi, Harsha Vardhan, Vennela Kishore, Praveen, and Isha Chawla in key roles. Produced by Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Vikram Reddy under the UV Creations banner, the film’s music is composed by MM Keeravani.
Trisha also has several other films in the pipeline, including Thug Life with Kamal Haasan, Identity with Tovino Thomas, VidaaMuyarchi with Ajith Kumar, and Ram starring Mohanlal.
