It looks like Natural Star Nani only likes fresh talent. His upcoming movie ‘Dasara’ is also being helmed by a new face. Why there is a drastic change in his taste? is the question that makes producers worry. Is it because Nani lost trust in senior filmmakers?
Producer Dil Raju has plans to bring out a sequel to ‘Middle Class Abbayi’ that came in 2017. So he wants the sequel to be directed by Venu Sriram who helmed the first one. The script work is almost done. So the tentative title is ‘Thammudu’.
The grapevine is that, Dil Raju is making all efforts to convince the Natural Star. At the same time, Dil Raju wants to introduce Venu Sriram to the Tamil film industry. The reason behind giving ‘Thammudu’ as the title is that Nanu played the brother’s character in ‘MCA’. Bhumika Chawla played the role of a sister-in-law. In the sequel, she must be playing the role of a sister. Dil Raju is waiting for Nani’s nod to go ahead.
Meanwhile, there is a request from Mega family. A script written for one of the heroes in the family suits the title ‘Thammudu’. But the Dil Raju has the rights since he has registered it to make a sequel of ‘MCA’.
