Namitha made her Telugu debut way back in 2002 with Srinu Vaitla’s Sontham. Later, she was seen in Venkatesh’s Gemini. After few years, she put on a lot of weight and acted in few movies like Billa and Simha. From the past few years, she didn’t act in any Telugu film.
Recently, she was seen in a brief role in Mohanlal’s blockbuster film Pulimurugan (Manyam Puli).According to the sources, Namitha is now all set to re-enter into Tollywood. Apparently, she will be seen in an important role in upcoming film Guntur Talkies 2. It seems that she will start shooting for this film very soon. This film is being directed by Raj Kumar and has Nikeesha Patel in the lead role.
