Naga Chaitanya, the well-known South Indian actor, recently removed the last photo of him and his ex-wife Samantha Ruth Prabhu from his social media. Fans had noticed that Chaitanya had already deleted most of their pictures after their separation, leaving only one. This remaining image, taken in 2018 at a Formula 1 racetrack, was captioned “Throwback… Mrs. and the girlfriend.” However, due to pressure from his followers, Chaitanya finally removed this photo as well, signaling a clear break from his past relationship with Samantha.

Now, the only connection between Naga Chaitanya and Samantha visible on his social media is a promotional poster for their film Majili. For those unaware, after Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s engagement, some fans of Samantha expressed their displeasure by commenting on Chaitanya’s posts, urging him to delete all traces of his past with Samantha. One comment read, “You unfollowed her, but why didn’t you delete this picture?” Another user posted, “Sam deserves better, delete the post.” Many of these comments highlighted the ongoing emotional tension between Chaitanya’s fans and his personal life.

Though the actor initially kept the throwback photo, the upcoming wedding with Sobhita seems to have prompted the final removal. Chaitanya’s social media is now free of any images of Samantha, apart from professional promotional material.

Naga Chaitanya and Samantha were once a beloved couple in the South Indian film industry. They married in 2017 after dating for two years. However, by 2021, they announced their separation, citing personal reasons. After their split, rumors began circulating about Chaitanya’s relationship with actress Sobhita Dhulipala, although neither of them confirmed anything publicly until their engagement in August 2024.

As the couple prepares for their wedding, sources suggest that they are planning a winter ceremony. However, no official statements have been made by the couple or their families about the exact date. Pre-wedding celebrations have already begun, and their fans are eagerly awaiting the big day.
