Filmmaker Harish Shankar said the last OTT film that he watched was Polimera 1. “The content is very strong. I hope Maa Oori Polimera 2 will be in the same tone. I’ve a good relationship with producer Bunny Vasu. He is supporting this film and releasing it,” he said after unveiling the trailer of ‘Maa Oori Polimera 2’ along with Karthikeya and Bunny Vas here in the city on Saturday.
Speaking on the occasion, Harish Shankar said all specialized technicians who worked for the film, will get a good name.
Bunny Vas said he would go to any extent to support a film which he likes. “This is Vamsi’s first film. Vamsi is releasing this movie after watching the 2018 movie and suggested that we release it in Telugu. I trusted his judgment. I’m sure that this story will be liked by everyone. It will be a major film for Satyam Rajesh’s career. There’s also Polimera 3. The screenplay of Polimera 2 is easily understandable even if audiences haven’t seen the first part. I want this movie to give everyone a good break,” he added.
Presented by Gauru Ghanababu, Maa Oori Polimera 2 is being produced by Gouri Krishna under the banner Srikrishna Creations. It is directed by Dr. Anil Viswanath. The film stars Satyam Rajesh, Dr. Kamakshi Bhaskarla, Getup Srinu, Rakend Mouli, Bala Aditya, Sahitya Dasari, Ravi Varma, Chitram Srinu, Akshatha Srinivas in key roles.
The film has completed its post-production work. The film is set to release in theatres worldwide on November 3. Popular distributor Vamsi Nandipati bought the rights of the film at a fancy price and will release it worldwide.
