The Telugu Film Industry is well-known for the strong camaraderie between its actors. Lakshmi Manchu recently highlighted this unity by sharing her own experience in an interview. When she moved to Mumbai, she struggled to find an apartment. Rana Daggubati and Rakul Preet Singh initially helped her but securing a place was still challenging.
Lakshmi revealed that during this difficult time, Ram Charan offered her his house to stay in. She said, “I didn’t have a place to stay when I moved, and Ram Charan helped me. I didn’t tell anyone because I was worried that if people knew I was living at his house, they wouldn’t give me work. I also asked Charan to keep it a secret.”

Reflecting on her stay, Lakshmi Manchu mentioned feeling uncomfortable living in such a luxurious house. However, Ram Charan assured her that it was fine saying “Use it. The AC and water pipes need to work.” Lakshmi added, “He didn’t even know how long I stayed there. That’s love.”
For those who don’t know, Lakshmi Manchu is the daughter of veteran Tollywood actor Mohan Babu. She moved to Mumbai a few months ago seeking better work opportunities. Despite her success in Tollywood she found it hard to adjust to Mumbai initially.
