TRS working president KT Rama Rao has launched OnePlus first research and development centre in Hyderabad.The Chinese handset manufacturer plans to invest Rs 1000 crore in the next three years in facility and software development.
Pete Lau, founder and CEO, OnePlus said “The centre will focus on the significance of Artificial Intelligence, 5G and IoT”.
Talking to Twitter, KTR wrote, “OnePlus setting up its first R&D centre in India in Hyderabad and planning to grow this into its biggest globally is a testimony to the fact thatHyderabad has emerged as a preferred destination for leading companies working on cutting edge technologies.”
