Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul, known for their thriving relationship, recently made headlines with their latest purchase: a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area, Bandra. According to reports, the couple invested Rs 20 crore in a spacious 3,350 sq ft property located on the 2nd floor of the Sandhu Palace building, which boasts 18 floors in total. This apartment also includes parking space for up to four cars.
The property transaction, finalized on July 15, involved a stamp duty of Rs 1.20 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The building itself has received a partial occupation certificate from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), ensuring it meets local standards for habitation.
Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul tied the knot in January 2023 at a private ceremony held at Suniel Shetty’s Khandala mansion, away from the bustling city of Mumbai. Despite its intimate nature, the wedding garnered significant media attention and was widely discussed on social media platforms.
Beyond their real estate investment, the couple recently visited the Kuttaru Koragajjana temple in Mangaluru, seeking blessings accompanied by Athiya’s brother, actor Ahan Shetty. Earlier in June, Athiya shared glimpses of their vacation in Mallorca, Spain, which went viral among their fans.
