ESL Narasimhan has been serving as the Governor for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh since bifurcation. However, the buzz doing the rounds for the last few days report that Ms Kiran Bedi is likely to serve as the new Governor of Andhra Pradesh. Notably, Chandrababu Naidu had complained about the non-cooperation of ESL Narasimhan for the AP state. Meanwhile, if IPS officer Kiran Bedi takes the charge as AP Governor it appears to prove costly for the TDP government.

Kiran Bedi, retired IPS officer and present Lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry, has been given nightmare to the Congress government in Pondicherry. Bedi, who is the cherry-picked of BJP has high chances of getting appointed to AP ahead of the ensuing elections. If this happens, Bedi is sure to pose an impediment to Chandrababu’s government, who is anti against the Narendra Modi, BJP led-government.
