Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao will decide over the lockdown relaxations or to extend it on April 19 during the state cabinet meeting. The officials will also discuss on the measures to tighten the grip around COVID-19 virus.
So far, the Coronavirus cases have reached to 650 and casualties at 18, while 118 patients have recovered and been discharged from hospitals. The National Health Mission has identified nine districts in Telangana as COVID hotpots. While Hyderabad and seven other districts are categorized as hotspots with large outbreaks, Nalgonda is a hotspot district with clusters.
