Bollywood filmmakers have eyes on South indutry. Undoubtley, the biget hits of late Bollywood witnessed has been the remkae of South films. Take for instance, Kabir Singh, remake of Arjun Reddy, then Simmba -remake of Temper. Even ace filmmaker-producer Karan Johar has also shown interest as he bought the remake rights of Jersey.
And now, the Karan Johar would be co-producing Puri Jagan’s Fighter starring Vijay Deverakonda. Charmee, who is the production partner of Puri Jagan, was spotted in Mumbai. Reports are in that she met Karan Johar to discuss about the project.
Fighter goes Bollywood!
Karan impressed with the pan-India appeal the subject has and will be releasing it for Hindi audience too. We have to wait for an official announcement from the team soon. Meanwhile, Fighter is likely to start rolling from early in 2020.
