Popular producer and director Dinesh Gandhi who used to work in the Kannada film industry, breathed his last on Saturday due to a cardiac arrest. Dinesh Gandhi was rushed to the hospital by his family members after he complained of uneasiness on Saturday, but the doctors could not save him. The sudden death of Dinesh Gandhi shocked the Kannada film fraternity. Dinesh Gandhi was 52.
Dinesh Gandhi’s most popular work is Madakari, which was released in 2009. Dinesh produced the film, which had Kichcha Sudeep in the lead role. Sudeep played a cop in the movie, and it was also dubbed in Telugu as Rowdy Inspector in 2012. Dinesh Gandhi also directed movies and Chatrapathi featuring Siddharth garnered a lot of attention. Dinesh was actually planning to do a film with his son playing the lead. But, because of the pandemic, it got delayed.Dinesh’s final rites will be performed today in Bangalore, in the presence of his family members and friends.
