According to the reports, South starlet, Kajal Aggarwal is going to play the love interest of Bollywood star John Abraham in the upcoming Hindi film ‘Mumbai Saga’.
Sanjay Gupta is helming this project. Touted to be a gangster drama, John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi kickstarted the film’s shoot yesterday on 27th August 2019 at the Mahalaxmi Temple in Mumbai. The movie unit is currently busy canning the confrontation scenes between the rivals and the gangster parties. Kajal Aggarwal will join the shoot from August 28. Sanjay Gupta has reportedly offered a strong character for Kajal in his gangster film. Kajal’s character starts as John’s girlfriend and eventually becomes his wife. So, the Sanjay planned to rope in someone who could play a 17-year-old college girl, a young wife and then a woman in her 30s and is confident that Kajal can pull off the variations well. Bhushan Kumar under T-Series banner is pooling resources for this film.
Set with the backdrop of the 1980s to 1990s, John Abraham, Emraan Hashmi, Kajal Aggarwal, Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty, Prateik Babbar, Gulshan Grover, Rohit Roy, and Amole Gupte are playing crucial roles in this film which will release in 2020
