This time she repeated it and finally the Narcotics Department has taken note.
As the news comes trickling in that DRI Sameer Wankhede has been deputed to probe the Sushant death case, advocate Mahesh Jethmalani tweets “A Bollywood actress makes a serious charge claiming personal knowledge on a TV channel with a large viewership that 99 percent of Bollywood consumes narcotic drugs. Not one person from that industry contradicts her. What inference is the public to draw from this deafening silence?” This silence is proof enough of how deep the nexus between the drug mafia, politicians, police and film stars is.
