Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as promised launched the YSR Kanti Velugu scheme in Anantapur today, October 11. The scheme promises to bear the entire cost from preliminary eye check-up to surgeries wherever required for the entire 54 million population.
At the launch of YSR Kanti Velugu scheme, Jagan’s speech made the Anantapur people move to tears. Promising to resolve the problems of the public, Jagan said, I am CM of Andhra Pradesh but before that, I am the grandson of this district, my mother Vijayamma belongs to this district, said Jagan Mohan Reddy. I am your grandson, I came to this district as your grandson. I will be your strength. I will change your district completely. I will solve all your problems. He further added, ” During the ruling of my father Late YSR, there was rain in this region with which every lake, pond, and the river was filled with water. After that, there is no rain here. There was a drought in the district. After so long god blessed this place and there is rain here. I am happy now. During the reign of my father and my reign, there are rains”.
