As the Andhra Pradesh elections draw near, public interest is growing, fueled by a blame game between political parties. The volunteer system, a key player in the last election process, is now facing scrutiny following complaints from Pawan Kalyan about the unauthorized collection of public data.
Nadendla Manohar has taken it a step further, alleging that the Jagan government is allocating a staggering Rs 1560 crore annually for the volunteer program, with Rs 617 crore specifically earmarked for public data collection. He raises crucial questions about the legal authorization of the volunteer system, the responsibility for the collected data, its storage, and the reasoning behind spending such a substantial amount on data collection.
“Who gave the legal authorization for the volunteer system? Who is responsible for all the public data that these volunteers are collecting? Where is all the data being stored? Why is Jagan spending Rs 617 crores every year on collecting public data?” Nadendla questioned.
Nadendla urges YCP leaders and supporters to ponder these questions before criticizing Pawan Kalyan and JSP leaders. He highlighted that the issue of data misuse is significant and should be brought to the public’s attention. The collected data could potentially sway polling trends, making it imperative for opposition parties to address this concern.
This emerging debate highlights the need for transparency and accountability in the electoral process, with opposition parties expressing concerns over the possible influence of public data on election outcomes. As the election drama unfolds, citizens and political enthusiasts alike are eager to see how these allegations and questions will shape the discourse surrounding the upcoming Andhra Pradesh elections.
