After the attack on YS Jagan, the cock-fight knife used to attack him, has become the talk of the town. People across the Telugu states are now talking about it. In fact, the impact is so much even in Telangana that several independents are asking the election commission if they can get cock-fight knife as their election symbol.
The election commission has told them that it is not possible to allot any symbol other than the pre-decided symbols. Some people even argued that if the Communists can get symbol like sickle and hammer, why cant they get cock fight knife.
The election commission has told them that all they can do is to take the issue to the notice of the Central Election Commission.
