It is also coming to light that film industry biggies own huge chunks of land in and around Vizag. It is being said that Ramanaidu studios owns several sites in Vizag. Manchu family and Megastar Chiranjeevi too have large swathes of land near Bhimili. Even Akkineni Nagarjuna owns lands in the region. Top notch producer KS Ramarao has set up FNCC, which has around 250 members.
Most film industry biggies visit Vizag both for business development and investments.
It is also being said that most film personalities go to Vizag to unwind and bust stress in a wellness centre in Vizag, The Centre, which used to function as a hotel till recently, is very close to Ramanaidu studios. So, any government that comes after the 2019 elections might develop Vizag into a film hub.
