South actor Dhanush on Friday unveiled the first look of the upcoming film titled ‘Chorudu’. Starring actor GV Prakash, veteran filmmaker Bharathiraja and Ivana in the lead, the film is being bankrolled by G. Dilli Babu of Axess Film Factory.
It is worth mentioning that both GV Prakash and Ivana shared the screen in director Bala’s ‘Jhansi’. Touted to be a comedy drama, the film has elements of adventure and thrill. PV Shankar is directing and as well as renders cinematography of ‘Chorudu’, besides sharing the credit for penning the story and screenplay along with Ramesh Aiyappan.
The poster sees the lead cast in a rustic look. There’s a massive foot of elephant in the backdrop indicating the story is set in a jungle. The makers also announced that the film is slated to hit screens this summer. Actors Dheena, G. Gnanasambandam, Vinod Munna amon other prominent stars are playing key roles in the movie. With the film’s shooting and post-production work has already been completed, the official announcement on the film’s trailer, audio and worldwide theatrical release date is expected to be announced out soon.
