Telugu action thriller Hidimbha is all set to release in Kannada, featuring Telugu stars Ashwin Babu and Nandita Swetha in lead roles. Directed by Aneel Kanneganti, the movie premiered in theaters last Thursday.
After receiving decent openings in Telugu, the makers are confident that the film will create a buzz in the Kannada language as well. Hence, they have decided to release it in Sandalwood through Trishul Entertainments, known for producing the spine-chilling crime thriller Dandupalyam.
This marks Ashwin’s first movie to release in Kannada, and fans eagerly await the official release date announcement.
Makarand Deshpande, Vidyullekha Raman, and Srinivasa Reddy have played significant roles in the movie. Gangapatnam Sridhar backed the film under Sri Vignesh Karthik Cinemas (SVK Cinemas) banner, while Anil Sunkara of AK Entertainments presented Hidimbha. With Vikas Badisa providing the tunes, this action-packed treat is sure to captivate the Kannada audience.
