Aishwarya Rajesh, who has been grabbing the Tamil and Telugu audience’s attention lately, signed yet another project in Tollywood. Though she is not a part of many commercial hits, she manages to grab everyone’s attention with impressive performances in almost all the movies she is a part of. As per the latest reports, Aishwarya Rajesh will play the female lead in Mega Hero Sai Dharam Tej’s upcoming movie under the direction of Deva Katta. Billed to be a political thriller, Aishwarya Rajesh has reportedly joined the sets of the film recently in Hyderabad. Initially, Nivetha Pethuraj was chosen to pair up with Sai Tej.
Nivetha even attended the film’s launch event. It seems like the director Deva Katta wanted Aishwarya Rajesh on board for the film from the beginning. The film’s shoot was supposed to begin before lockdown, and when they approached Aishwarya Rajesh, she could not adjust her dates. So, the film unit picked Nivetha Pethuraj as the leading lady. With lockdown, the film’s shoot got postponed. Aishwarya Rajesh is now available to be a part of the film, and the film unit immediately got her on board. However, there is no official confirmation on the same.Aishwarya Rajesh’s last Telugu film is World Famous Lover, with Vijay Devarakonda. She is playing one of the female leads in Nani’s ‘Tuck Jagdish.’
