Ram Gopal Varma’s Lakshmi’s NTR scheduled for release on March 22 has courted controversy even before the film went on floors. A few days back it was learnt that late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao’s (NTR) family objected to RGV’s Lakshmi’s NTR as they felt that it would show them and Chandrababu Naidu in poor light, and planned to move the court to stall the release of the film. But here comes the surprising element as NTR’s family wouldn’t move court on Chandrababu’s advice.

It is learnt that Chandrababu has advised NTR’s concerned family members not to move court as it would give unnecessary hype to Laksmi’s NTR. “Everybody knows what had happened those days and why I had to take a decision of taking over the party. It is history now. There is no point in making it a controversy once again by moving the court against the film and give it needless publicity. Let the film be released. It will fizzle out on its own,” Chandrababu is learnt to have said.
