Mr. Bachchan is a recent Telugu movie featuring Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja in the lead role. The film introduces Bhagyashree Borse as the heroine, who started her career in Hindi films and later moved to Telugu cinema. She now has another movie in the pipeline. Despite the expectations, Mr. Bachchan did not perform well at the box office, receiving mixed reviews from audiences and critics alike. Ravi Teja, who played the main character, discussed the feedback with director Harish Shankar.
Harish Shankar shared this with fans at an exclusive event where he interacted with them and answered questions about the film, his career, upcoming projects, and more. “If your brother is a superstar, it feels special. For us, Ravi Teja is a superstar, but to him, he is just a normal person without any air or attitude. We only see him as a star, but every day spent with him is memorable,” said Harish Shankar.
Harish Shankar continued, “I met him on the sets of his next movie, produced by Sithara Entertainments after Mr. Bachchan was released. He asked if the movie received mixed reactions and wanted to know if that was true. I confirmed it and told him that I was working hard on post-release promotions to improve the film’s success”.
Ravi Teja acknowledged the situation with a brief comment, saying, “Entabbay.. Divide Talk vachinattundi cinemaki”

Mr. Bachchan is the official remake of the Bollywood film Raid, which starred Ajay Devgn. Initially, the project was offered to Ravi Teja, but he wasn’t interested. However, after Harish Shankar stepped in, Ravi agreed to take on the lead role. The movie was produced by People Media Factory.
