The blockbuster of the season ‘Dasara’ is sweeping box office collections left, right and centre. With fans and movie-goers posting their reviews on social media, and some more in BookMyShow app, the talk is being spread through word-of-mouth.
It is estimated that the film clocked a whopping Rs 38 crore across the world on the first day. Of course, there is a competition for Nani’s new film. Bollywood star Ajay Devgan’s ‘Bholaa’ is a remake of Tamil film ‘Khaidi’ and Simbu’s film ‘Pathu Thala’. Both the above mention films in Hindi and Tamil have been released amidst high expectations. However, it looks like Nani has outsmarted both of them in terms of collections and bookings.
It is said Bollywood film ‘Bholaa’ has made Rs 25 crore on the first day while the Tamil film starring Simbu has remained in the single digit.
Meanwhile, trade pandits are predicting that Nani’s film might reach new levels as days pass by. ‘Dasara’ has been released simultaneously in Hindi and as well as Telugu in South India. With good numbers on the very first day, Nani stands as sort of a hero outwitting the Bollywood star Ajay Devgan.
