Hansika Motwani and family in legal trouble over abuse allegations
Hansika Motwani and her family have been accused of domestic abuse. The complaint was filed by Muskan Nancy James, her brother Prashant Motwani’s wife.
Muskan accused Hansika, her brother Prashant, and their mother Mona Motwani of causing trouble in her marriage. She filed an FIR at the Amboli Police Station in Mumbai.
Muskan claimed Hansika and Mona interfered in her marriage. This led to problems between her and Prashant.

She also accused Prashant of physical violence. Muskan said this caused her to develop Bell’s Palsy, a condition that partially paralyzed her face.
In her complaint, Muskan alleged the family demanded expensive gifts and money from her. She also mentioned fraudulent activities related to property.
Muskan confirmed to ETimes that she filed a legal case. However, she declined to comment further as the case is still in court.
Muskan married Prashant in 2020. They have been living separately since 2022.
