Tollywood has been embroiled in controversy of GST raids or IT sleuths raids for the past few weeks. Coming close on the heels of raids on actress Lavanya’s house, reports have now emerged that The Good and Service Tax (GST) sleuths have raided Trivikram Srinivas’ house.
A day back, writer Vakkantham Vamsi’s house was also raided by the GST sleuths. Also, the offices of ‘Haarika & Hassine Creations’ and ‘Sithara Entertainments’ were searched. Interestingly, both of them are the companies of Trvikram’s good friend Radakrishna.
Reports say that they searched some builders, financiers, businessmen and a few members from the film fraternity as the officials had information that they committed tax fraud by showing them duplicate papers.
