The Telangana government is in a mood to give the green signal for a shoot and are even telling us to come to them with proposals, says Prasanna Kumar, Secretary of the Producers Council. We want that removed and also the safety of the crew is something that the producer will definitely be concerned with. There need not be any clause. The production will handle all these things.
The theatres should open and the government should hold talks with the theatre owners and not lease holders.” He further tells Klapboardpost.com, that the lease holders are worried that they will have to pay rents once theatres open so they are against opening it. Once the crew begin shooting, the other production house gets confidence. We are all ready with testing kits. It isn’t right to keep everything on hold for so long.”
