Remember Flora Saini who scorched the screen next to Balakrishna in Narasimha Naidu? The actress is also known by her stage name Asha who has acted in many South films. The actress was last seen in Bollywood flick Stree is all set to foray into web series Gandibaat, produced by Ekta Kapoor.
Notably, Flora who had inhibitions about skin show is unfazed now as the web series involves many intimate and steamy scenes. Opening up on skin show, Flora says, “I am someone very body conscious and was apprehensive in doing roles that involves a bit of skin show. But I believed in my director Sachin Mohite, and he has shot the scenes so aesthetically that I could shed my apprehensions about doing steamy scenes. It was challenging to play such scenes, and the reason I picked up the role was because it pushes me as an actor.” She further added that she is willing to do nude scenes if required as she trusts her director.
Talking about her role in the second season of Gandibaat, Flora says, “I was excited to be part of the second season of the web series, which talks about different stories of women in rural areas and how empowering they can be. In one of the stories, I play a maid where two brothers from the same house fall in love with me”.
