F2 was a big hit with the audience and now director Anil Ravipudi has come out with its sequel in the form of F3. The film has been released today and read on to see if the film has any juice in it or not.
Story
Venky and Varun played by Venkatesh and Varun Tej are mad about money. They fight among themselves but become good friends for a special mission which is to gain the crores of property owned by a rich businessman played by Murali Sharma. Will they manage to cheat him or get into deep problems is the basic crux of the film.
Performances
F3 is definitely loud but those loud performances are only the show saving aspects. Venkatesh is the king of comedy and he is hilarious in this film. He looks young and his comedy with Varun is amazing. Varun Tej is also great and surprisingly generates solid comedy through his stammering act.
Tamannah is superb in the second half and has a twist to her role. Mehreen steals the show in the first half and has good comedy with Varun. Ali and Sunil are back with a bang and have good roles in F3. Murali Sharma looked a bit pale and was forced to overact.
Analysis
Anil Ravipudi is the king of comedy and none of his fun films have flopped at the box office. This one too has great comedy. He has made sure that the audience does not get bored at all and gets engaged till the end.
So whenever you think the film is getting over the top, a solid episode of comedy comes through and gives the added punch to the film. The way Venkatesh and Varun are cheated by the heroines’ family is the best comedy part and the BGM used is hilarious.
There is no story in the film and the comedy is loud for sure. So there will be mixed reactions while watching this film by several sections. DSP music is not up to the mark and his BGM was way too loud. The production values are cheap.
F3 is a simple story dragged into various episodes of comedy. If you like watching big stars doing crazy comedy along with seasoned comedians, F3 is for you but if you are the one who looks for logic in everything, you have your options always.
Bottom line – Silly but laughable
