In a recent interview Vishnu Manchu revealed that Akshay Kumar initially declined the role of Shiva. The team then approached a Tamil star reportedly Surya for the same role. However, Surya also turned it down due to prior commitments to the Bollywood film Karna.

This revelation has gone viral on social media, with fans expressing their opinions. Many commented that Surya missed a great opportunity.
