DYK Sobhita’s first love was not Naga Chaitanya
Before falling in love with Naga Chaitanya, Sobhita Dhulipala had a different romantic experience. In a recent interview, she revealed that her first crush was during her school days. She admired her class representative and participated in essay competitions just to get his attention. However, she admitted that she was unsure whether it was true love or just an innocent crush.
During her college days, Sobhita shared that she received and even wrote love letters. However, as she grew older, she realized that those were just youthful emotions. Before her relationship with Naga Chaitanya, there were rumors about her dating someone else, but no solid proof ever emerged.
After his divorce from Samantha, Naga Chaitanya took some time before finding love again with Sobhita. They dated for two years before tying the knot in a private ceremony at Annapurna Studios, attended by 300 guests. Akkineni Nagarjuna expressed his happiness about their wedding.
Sobhita, who gained fame through ‘Goodachari’ and ‘Major,’ is now working on ‘Goodachari 2.’ She originally started as a model and hails from Tenali, Guntur district. Meanwhile, Samantha is focusing on her career and living independently in Mumbai.
