Double iSmart, directed by Puri Jagannadh, is the sequel to the 2019 film iSmart Shankar. The movie is available in its original Telugu language, with dubbed versions in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada, along with English subtitles. It remains unclear whether a Hindi version will be released in the future.

In Double iSmart, the story begins with the Big Bull, a notorious gangster, who is diagnosed with a brain tumor. Fearing his imminent death, he seeks to transfer his memories to another person to achieve immortality. The attempt fails, but hope arises when they find Ustaad iSmart Shankar, who has the qualities the Big Bull desires. The rest of the film follows the Big Bull’s efforts to succeed in his mission and the ensuing conflict with Shankar.
The film also features a notable cast including Kavya Thapar, Sayaji Shinde, Bani J, Getup Srinu, Ali, Makarand Deshpande and Jhansi in significant roles.
