Dongallunnaru Jagartta is Sri Simha Koduri’s latest film that has been released with a low buzz. Read our review to find out if the film has any juice in it or not.
Plot
Raju (Simha Koduri) is a petty thief who comes to rob an expensive audio system in a Mercedes. But he gets locked inside and tries hard to come out. In comes a voice from the car and troubles him until the end. Whose voice is that and how did Raju save himself is the story.
Performances
There is only one character in the film, and it is Sri Simha doing the honors. He as a panicked robber does well but not up to the standards we expect. The director failed to extract more drama from the face of Simha. But still, the youngster manages well. Samutrakani and Srikanth Iyengar appear in cameos and do what is required.
What’s Good

What’s Bad
Logical Issues
Boring narration
Lack of basic emotion
Analysis
The film is about a thief getting stuck in a car. The plot is thin and there is nothing much for the director to evoke drama in it. So, he needs to make sure that the property in the car needs to be used well. But that does not happen.
The way the robber tries hard to come out looks silly. Logic goes for a toss and even many who pass by the car do not know anything going wrong. This looks a bit absurd in the film. The BGM is dull, and the camerawork was very good. The editing is fine and the dialogues looked silly.
The reason for the man getting stuck and the story behind it is not that convincing. The emotional strength is missing in the film. The director has failed to elevate thrills and create tension in the film making it a very bland and silly film by the end.
Bottom Line – Silly and logicless
