Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, accused in a murder case, was granted six weeks of interim bail by the Karnataka High Court on October 30 due to health concerns. The court allowed bail with conditions, including a bond of Rs 2 lakh, two sureties, and the surrender of his passport. Medical reports indicated that Darshan requires surgery for spine and foot issues, and he is now hospitalized for treatment.

Nishadh Yusuf, the editor of Kanguva, passed away unexpectedly. The 43-year-old was found dead in his apartment in Kochi. His sudden death has saddened the film industry, and Tamil star Suriya was among those who shared condolences. Local police are investigating the cause of death.

Kannada actor Rishab Shetty was revealed as Lord Hanuman in Prasanth Varma’s upcoming film, Jai Hanuman. This film is a sequel to HanuMan and is part of Varma’s cinematic universe.
